Erica Fussi, M.A, B.A, RCC

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I am passionate about providing ethical and sincere therapy to support individuals. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions.

I am dedicated to equipping you with the necessary tools and resources for your mental health to thrive. Upholding your autonomy throughout the therapeutic process is of utmost importance to me. I am here to help you navigate difficult emotions, validate your experiences, and reframe negative thoughts, ultimately guiding you toward inner strength, resilience, and the ability to persevere.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical counselling from Yorkville University and have experience working with adults, children & youth (age 4+), and couples and families. My areas of expertise include general mental health, depression & anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, stress & difficult life transitions, and relationships. I use various therapeutic modalities such as solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, and person-centred therapy, recognizing the significance of a holistic approach.

I am committed to collaborating with you every step of the way and continually pursuing professional development to ensure the highest standards of care for my clients. In my spare time, I enjoy drawing, painting, and reading. I also have a passion for the outdoors and staying physically active. These hobbies tie into my counselling approach, maintaining a holistic and person-centred focus to assist you on your healing journey.
